Pokémon Roundup comes to Genesee Country Museum

Pokémon have appeared across the globe on streets, parks, malls – just about everywhere a Pokémon Go player can wander.

Now, it turns out that Genesee Country Village & Museum has become infested with the chubby-cheeked electric mouse overlords and is calling for a Pokémon roundup from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, July 29.

Pokémon Go players can stroll about in the evening quiet, searching out the ultimate Pokémon power, and connecting with the museum’s two gymnasiums and seven PokeStops.
Admission will cost $5 for each person entering between 4 and 8 p.m. While dinner and ice cream will be available at the museum restaurants to picnic with Pokémon, no buildings, save for the gift shop, will be open.

Players can also come during regular museum hours 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday.  In July all children 18 and under get in free during regular museum hours.
