 NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (June 2, 2019) Boatswain’s Mate Amari Jessup, from Rochester, New York, signals to the line handlers aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Carney (DDG 64) while arriving in Naval Station Rota, Spain, June 2, 2019.
