The Western Monroe Historical Society at Morgan-Manning House, 151 Main Street in Brockport, will present its annual “PEDDLERS MARKET – Community Household and Carriage House Sale” on Saturday, September 7. The event runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., rain or shine.  Admission is free. Food and drinks will be for sale.

The event this year will feature the sale of a Chippendale mahogany highboy. It is a reproduction of a Federalist piece of the mid-1800s (see photo). It will be offered at $795, but lower offers will be entertained. All proceeds from the sale will go to maintenance of the Morgan-Manning House.

There are 40 vendor spots available as of August 14. The fee is $20 per spot.  Go to the web site at www.morganmanninghouse.org and look under “Events,” then “Peddlers Market.” Print out the vendor application and the Peddlers Map. Be sure to see which spots have already been taken.
