Easter Bunny makes early visit

Sarah and Jessica Williams get special face painting designs. On Saturday, March 16, Hilton-Parma Recreation hosted its Annual Breakfast with the Easter Bunny at the Village Community Center.

National Honor Society students from Hilton High School helped run the event: from l to r Lexi Graham, Shannon Pakusch, Jillian Branciforte, Kelly Douglass, Emily Greenwell (Bunny), Kayla Rissew, Erin Mangene, Hannah Rebar. Families in attendance enjoyed a sausage and pancake breakfast, sponsored in part by the Hilton McDonald’s. The Easter Bunny made an appearance and joined over 40 children to take pictures and enjoy Easter crafts and face painting, which were supervised by Recreation and Leisure students from The College at Brockport and National Honor Society students from Hilton High School.

From l to r: Amy, Ryan, Brandon and Mike Bartek posing with the Easter Bunny. Two chocolate bunnies were raffled off and won by Marissa Lay, age 7, and Matthew Humbert, age 10. Ryan Bartek, age 8, won the jar of jelly beans by guessing the closest to 370 jelly beans.

Every child attending went home with prize-filled eggs.
