Members of the Spencerport Volunteer Firemen’s Association elected their Line Officers and Board of Directors for 2015 on December 4.
Doug Case will lead the firefighters once again as Fire Chief and will be assisted by Deputy Chief Patrick O’Hara and Assistant Chiefs Joe Barretta and Tom Clark. Elected to the rank of captain are Mitch Flagg, Bill Hallinan and Don Wood. Serving as Lieutenants are Charles Davis, Jorge Magin and TJ Sercu.
The President of the Board of Directors is Joe Muniz, a past Chief who takes over the role from his father, Salvador. Sal has served on the Board for more than 28 years in various capacities. Assisting him is First Vice President Cooper Harrington and Second Vice President Jason Rampello. Directors elected are Scott Magin and Charles Champion. The Association’s Treasurer is Mylene Santos and Secretary is Stephen Cusenz.
The Association has served the community for close to 125 years.
