On Tuesday, April 9, Monroe County Legislators Mike Zale and Frank X. Allkofer, along with President Dr. Joe Carbone, presented LuGia’s Ice Cream with a proclamation congratulating them on being community leaders. Lou Ferrari and his family have run the shop since 1995 and have expanded their business to include a fleet of ice cream trucks to further their reach in the community.
