The 38th annual Spencerport Canal Days offered a weekend of arts and crafts, musical entertainment, children’s activities, tasty food offerings, a wine tasting and more.

Canaligators are usually launched from the Union Street bridge, but ongoing construction necessitated an alternative launch method this year. Ogden Police Chief Chris Mears scooped the winning Canaligators out of the water and Spencerport School Superintendent Dan Milgate announced the winning numbers. 13-WHAM meteorologist and Spencerport resident Mark McLean, shown with Ally, served as the event emcee.
