Edward F. Feasel

Chili: Born Oct.15, 1929, passed peacefully on Aug. 26, 2016, at age 86. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Berta (Ostberg) Feasel. He is survived by his 2 daughters, Dianne (Greg) McCullough, and Carol (Kenny) Resch; grandchildren, Jamie Feasel, Kelly (Scott) Dean, Jake Resch, and Crystal (John) Greico; great-grandchildren, Aven Elijah, Zach, and Brennan Dean, Sophie Resch & John Wayne Greico; also 2 brothers, Harold “Bob” (Marge) Feasel, Richard (Ruth) Feasel; and 1 sister, Betty (Albert) Ackerman; nieces, nephews & loads of friends. Ed served in the Marine Corps from 1946-1949. He married his wife Berta in 1949 from a whirlwind romance of 6 months! He worked at Blue Boy Dairy, and then at Kodak, from where he retired in 1991. He was on a golf league up until he became sick, and enjoyed his family & many friends. Ed was very outgoing, full of life, and joked around all the time. To know him was to love him. He always said he had the best life with no regrets. A special thanks to Unity Hospital, Lakeside Beikirch & VA of Batavia for taking such good care of him and making the end of his life pain-free.

Friends may call at the Leo M. Bean and Sons Funeral Home, Monday, 4-7 PM. Funeral Service, Tuesday, 10 AM at the funeral home. Interment, Maplewood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
