Hilton: On May 11, 2017. Survived by his wife, Trudy Clark Welch and mother, Ruby V. Welch. Also his brothers, Dr. Jeffrey (Kathy) Welch, John (Suzanne) Welch & Bradley (Leigh) Welch and sister, Jennifer Rowell; many in-laws, nieces and nephews. Sparky is predeceased by his father, John Welch and brother-in-law, Gerald Rowell.
