Hamlin – Passed away peacefully after a long illness on Thursday January 4, 2018 at the age of 74. Predeceased by her parents and brother Joseph Chadima. She is survived by her loving husband James, children; Dennis (Kim), Danny (Diane), Debra (Bill) Marrocco and Dawn Osborne, grandchildren; Danielle, Denise, Delila, Ashley (Zac), Samantha, James (Julie), Melissa, Tiffany and Evan, 9+ great grandchildren, sister; Lucille Gilmore, several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Friday January 12, 2018 from 5-7 PM at the Fowler Funeral Home Inc. 340 West Ave., Brockport. A Memorial Service will be held following calling hours at 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may contribute to the Kidney Foundation.
