Gates – Friday, January 18, 2019 suddenly at age 30. Predeceased by his grandparents, Carol K. Farrell, Sam and Theresa Cicatelli; and aunt, Mary Smith. Survived by his parents, Thomas and Carol; sisters, Tina (Tom) Cottorone and Elizabeth (Patrick) Smith; grandfather, Willard Farrell; niece and nephews, Olivia and Ethan Cottorone and Colin Smith; several loving aunts, uncles, cousins, dear friends and his dog Dexter. Jeff had a love for playing hockey, the Pittsburgh Penguins and was a huge supporter of the Second Amendment. The family would like to send a special thank you to the Monroe County Executive and staff for their support and kindness.
Friends may call at the Leo M. Bean and Sons Funeral Home, Wednesday 4-7. Funeral Mass, Thursday 10 AM at St. Helen’s Church, 310 Hinchey Road. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House.
