Churchville – Passed in peace on January 15, 2019, at age 86, after a long illness. Joe will be greatly missed and survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Barbara; daughters, Patti (Bob) Ottley, Marie (Jeff) Frew; grandchildren, Mike (Kellie) Ottley, Beth (fiancée Leah Rodriguez) Ottley; great-grandchildren, Olivia and Jacob Ottley; siblings, George (Carolyn) Hiza and Pat Falk; nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends and neighbors.
