The Hilton Central School District has appointed Michael LeGault as assistant principal at Merton Williams Middle School. LeGault replaces Suzanne Goff, who accepted a position in the Brockport School District.

Before coming to Hilton, LeGault worked as a teacher and instructional coach for the Rochester City School District and as a math interventionist for the Greece Central School District. He has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in adolescent education with a concentration in mathematics from SUNY Geneseo, and a certificate of advanced study in educational leadership from The College at Brockport.

“I feel very fortunate to be a part of such a forward-thinking district that has such a strong focus on child development,” said LeGault. “I believe that the work we are doing with students at Merton Williams will serve them well for many years to come.”

LeGault lives in Victor with his wife, Sarah, and daughter, Reine Marie.
