Brockport Hill School Safety Patrol officers sworn in

Brockport Hill Elementary School students were officially sworn into Safety Patrol at an assembly on October 27. Principal Brandon Broughton led the group of fourth- and fifth-graders in the pledge to serve responsibly as Safety Patrol officers. The select group of students was chosen based on their leadership, maturity, reliability, sound judgment, punctuality, courtesy, respect for others and a desire to help.

Safety Patrol officers help other classmates follow the Hill School code of conduct at arrival and dismissal times on a daily basis. Each member wears a bright yellow belt and badge and gets assigned to a specific area of the school to monitor.
