Seven Brockport Central School District musicians performed in the New York State School Music Association Zone 2 Junior High Area All-State Music Festival on November 6 and 7 at Rush Henrietta High School. The seven middle and high school students were selected based on the scores they received at the NYSSMA Solo Festival this past spring.
The musicians chosen included: Grace Crowe, Women’s Chorus; Giuliana Lincoln, Band – clarinet; Haley Mineti, Women’s Chorus; Aelis Spiller, Orchestra – percussion; Austin Stroup, Junior High Band – tuba; Leandrew “NJ” Wingo, Mixed Chorus and Mikayla Zarr, Band – trumpet.
