The Gates Chili Central School District’s Neil Armstrong Elementary School PTO is launching a new health-based fundraiser. The students will host the inaugural community-wide My School Color Run on October 1, at 9:30 a.m.
The My School Color Run is an untimed 5K fun run for all ages and fitness abilities. A junior race will also be available. Along the route, participants pass through vibrant color zones and ends with a final color toss at the finish line.
Register by September 16 to receive a t-shirt, race bib and individual color packet. Registration fees cost $12 for children under 6, $15 for children ages 7-12, and $25 for those ages 13 and over.
