Lauren Steinbach’s fourth grade class and Meg Nothnagle’s second grade class at Northwood Elementary School in Hilton joined together to make 11 fleece blankets to donate to the Golisano Children’s Hospital for the holidays. Teachers and parents donated money to purchase supplies and parent Colleen Guyette donated bags of colorful fleece. “We’re helping people in the hospital so that they will have a present for Christmas,” said Erinne Bennington, fourth grader.
