The College at Brockport Recreational Services Tae Kwon Do Program is pleased to announce that a long time participant, Matthew Too, has recently been promoted to the rank of First Degree Black Belt in the WMAA. Matthew is currently finishing up his senior year at Brockport High School and is also a freshman at the College at Brockport. He has worked in the TKD program for almost a decade to attain this high rank.
