Connie and Larry Carnes of North Chili announce the engagement of their daughter Kelly to Jeff Dockins. Jeff is the son of Patsy Dockins of Fishers, Indiana and the late Johnie Dockins.
Kelly is a graduate of Spencerport High School, Purdue University and Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis. She is Director of Product Management for Healthx.
Jeff, a graduate of New Palestine High School, attended Indiana State University. He is a sales representative for Chisholm Architectural Millwork.
Their wedding is planned for August 2015.
