Honorable Richard and Nancy Alexander of Parma are pleased to announce the engagement of their son Theodore to Emily Ruzbarsky, daughter of Dr. Joseph and Phyllis Ruzbarsky of Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania.
Ted, a 2007 graduate of Hilton High School, graduated from Cornell University and is the Senior Legislative Assistant to Congressman Chris Collins in Washington, D.C. He also attends George Washington University Law School, where he is an editor of the Law Review.
Emily, a 2008 graduate of Scranton Preparatory School, graduated from Cornell University cum laude in 2012. Following graduation, Emily served at the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice and is currently a consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington, D.C.
A September 2017 wedding is planned.
