Survived by children, Donald (Barb) Phillips, Patricia (Dalvin) Cramer, Connie (David) Sampsel, Thomas (Sara) Phillips, Willard (Diane) Phillips, Harry & Richard Phillips; sisters, Gladys Davis & Lois Youra; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by daughter, Bonnie Besser, daughter-in-law, Pamela Phillips; siblings, Harold, Donald, Lloyd, Larry Phillips, Pauline Ward & Helen Koch.
Family and friends are invited to call Friday from 5-6 at the THOMAS E. BURGER FUNERAL HOME, 735 East Ave., Hilton where a Service will be held at 6 PM. Interment in the Spring at Acacia Park, Tonawanda, NY. In lieu of flowers, Kendall Volunteer Ambulance.
