Hill School students re-enact Sweden’s first town meeting Wolves! Indians! Ague!

The Town of Sweden was born in April of 1814 at a town meeting held at the home of Reuben Stickney, on the corner of Lake and Swamp Roads.

A historic re-enactment of that first Town Board Meeting, presented by enthusiastic Fred Hill School 4-5 graders will be performed at Brockport Central’s Hill School Cafeteria, Thursday, April 3 at 2 p.m. and again at 6 p.m. The event is part of the town’s Bicentennial Celebration.
